Please note to retain the warranty a Fracino water filter must be used on all installations..
For full install we will require pictures of the install position, all services should be within 1 mtr.
You will require 2 x 13amp sockets 1 for the grinder and 1 for the coffee machine, a water supply terminated with a washing machine 3/4 bsp standard tap and a washing machine waste directly under the fitting position or a suitable container for emptying..

Mobile units will be required at the Facino factory for install.
Standard shipping is normally 5-7 days. Next working day is available on checkout, where a part is special order or out of stock and next day delivery is chosen it will be fast tracked on arrival for next day delivery. (PLEASE NOTE HIGHLANDS AND ISLANDS IS A 2 DAY SERVICE). Special order parts are ordered on our suppliers when we receive an order and are non returnable, shipping is normally 7-10 days but can be longer from some manufacturers. Overseas orders are not free shipping. Where a shipping cost is not available due to product size or reason we will send an invoice. Slow moving Service kits are built to order, some may be delayed if parts are not in stock at the time of the order.
