DELUXE UNDER GRINDER KNOCK OUT BOX (D41B) – PN: KNO19408 Premium grade brushed stainless steel finish knock box.
Box construction – no rollers
Wrapped stainless steel, smooth finish with soft edges.
Knock bar housing is extremely secure with 6 fixings each side.
Knock box feet are fitted/fixed with screws not glued.
Silicon type compound knock bar for silent operation and long-life.
Ventilation holes mean no moldy coffee pucks
Seat your grinder on top of this knock box without the grinder tray. You can then simply sweep any loose coffee grounds through the holes and into the drawer.

Usually Ships in 5 to 10 Business Days

Standard shipping is normally 5-7 days. Next working day is available on checkout, where a part is special order or out of stock and next day delivery is chosen it will be fast tracked on arrival for next day delivery. (PLEASE NOTE HIGHLANDS AND ISLANDS IS A 2 DAY SERVICE). Special order parts are ordered on our suppliers when we receive an order and are non returnable, shipping is normally 7-10 days but can be longer from some manufacturers. Overseas orders are not free shipping. Where a shipping cost is not available due to product size or reason we will send an invoice. Slow moving Service kits are built to order, some may be delayed if parts are not in stock at the time of the order.

International Orders

For all international orders, please be aware of the following conditions:

  • Espresso Underground is not liable to refund shipping fee if a parcel is rejected at customs or if the customer fails to pay the necessary customs fees.
  • Custom rules and regulations are subject to the arrival country.
  • If a parcel is returned to us due to customs rejection and the customer wishes to have it reshipped, additional postage fees will apply.
  • International orders outside the UK may experience longer delivery times than standard shipping estimates.

All orders exceeding £75.00 qualify for free standard UK shipping.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the parcel.

Standard Delivery

Standard UK delivery typically takes 5-7 business days. For orders where next working day delivery is selected at checkout, we will prioritise fast-tracking the delivery once any back-ordered or special-order parts arrive. Please note that deliveries to the Highlands and Islands are subject to a two-day service.

Special-Order Parts

Special-order parts are sourced directly from our manufacturing unit, upon receiving your order. Shipping times for special-order parts are generally 3-5 weeks but may vary depending on the manufacturer. For certain items, shipping may take considerably longer. We encourage customers to inquire about estimated delivery times for special-order items before placing an order.

Overseas Orders

Overseas orders do not qualify for free shipping. Where shipping costs are not displayed at checkout due to the size or weight of the item, we will forward an invoice for the shipping charges.

Alternatively, you may contact us for a shipping quote before placing your order. We strive to keep international shipping costs as low as possible while adhering to shipping regulations and standards.

Service Kits

Service kits, particularly for slower-moving items, are built to order. Shipping may be delayed if parts are not in stock at the time of order.
